My name is Cynthia Anderson, ABRM,E-PRO, Broker/Associate with Weichert Gateway and Owner of Anderson Group Real Estate School
I have been in the business since the 90's and have been a top producer with the agency I was with and then started Anderson Group Realty of Southbury/Woodbury and also Naugatuck and Waterbury. I merged my agents and agency with Weichert in '07, Heading Team Anderson Group with Weichert.
I also established and own and operate the Anderson Group Real Estate School of Oxford doing Principle and Practices- the prequalifiication course for entry into real estate. I work with both buyers and sellers and am an expert in short sales, foreclosures, first time home buyers and "moving up" buyers - relocation and senior downsizing.
Weichert is a nationally known company with offices through out the United States and one of the top visited sites for real estate. I am a member of Zillow- as well as my listings are on every website and specifically on Realtor.com, Zillow.com and AndersonGrouprealty.com
